For those with insurance through various insurance companies, please check your eligibility with the respective insurance companies before receiving treatment. The hospital has staff available to facilitate, provide consultation, and coordinate between customers and the insurance companies, both inpatient and outpatient, to ensure compliance with the policy’s coverage conditions. The coverage provided depends on the pre-purchase agreement between you and the insurance company.

What you should bring when receiving treatment at the hospital:

• Copy of the insurance policy
• Copy of the vehicle registration
• Copy of the police report
• Copy of your national ID card Or a government-issued ID card (if under 7 years old, a copy of the birth certificate is used instead)
