• When undergoing the Good Shape with Health program, the doctor will provide consultation and a health-focused weight loss plan, or recommend a weight-control pen for blood sugar management (at the doctor's discretion).
• Fasting for 8 hours before the test is required.
• The price includes the doctor’s fee and hospital service charges.
• This package cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Terms are subject to the hospital’s regulations.
• Available until 31 December 2025.
