Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital organized an educational session on “Knee & Neck Pain: Managing Osteoarthritis and Office Syndrome” for employees of CAT Telecom Public Company Limited.

A team of specialized doctors from Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital led the session at CAT Telecom’s Chaengwattana office, providing employees with practical knowledge on how to maintain joint and muscle health, particularly issues caused by prolonged office work.

The program included in-depth lectures on the causes and symptoms of osteoarthritis, along with exercises and stretching routines. The session was led by Dr. Prach Kamlangsinserm, Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery, and Dr. Chalida Phoobangkerdphol, Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist. They also offered guidance on adjusting work habits, performing suitable exercises, and managing pain effectively in daily life.
